The creative heart behind Stix & Phix

Eyris has always had two simple dreams: treat people with kindness and make them smile. Somewhere between flour-dusted experiments and sugar-fueled eureka moments, she discovered a knack for piecing flavors together into magically crave-worthy creations.

But Stix & Phix is more than a bakery name. It’s family.

“Stix” was inspired by Eyris’ daughter, Cyrelia, from a childhood nickname, while “Phix” comes from her youngest, Phoenix. What began as two names close to her heart became the name of a dream she wanted to turn into something real.

Cyrelia and Phoenix have been part of the journey from the beginning, cheering on new ideas, watching recipes come to life, and supporting their mom through every experiment and milestone. Stix & Phix may be Eyris’ dream to build, but it’s a dream she’s building for them, too.
